The Perfect Cup Of Japanese Tea
Most of us love a great cup of tea, and for a lot of people around the world it is something that they enjoy first thing in the morning before their day actually starts.

It can be refreshing to drink a cup of tea, and it has calming effects for a lot of us. When it comes to it, there is one that is supreme as compared to the others, and it is called green tea because of the health benefits that it comes with. Anyone can make a cup, however to get the perfect cup of green tea, there are just a few things to keep in mind and remember. The temperature at which you make it actually will affect how it is going to taste, for instance if the water is too hot it will taste quite bitter. This of course will vary from one to the other. However it is recommended that you make your tea at 73 to 78 degrees Celsius. As for how the strong the tea is, a lot of them come in bags which make it easier to measure, because it is one cup per bag. However for those that do not come in tea bags, it will be 1 heaped teaspoon of green tea to be used with 8 ounces of water. Some believe that using a tea pot is best because it leaves room for the tea leaves to release its goodness as compared to making it in a small cup, but that is entirely up to you.Follow these simple steps to make the prefect cup of tea and you will be close to getting it perfect:
Step 1 Boil the water until it comes into a stop, and then pour it into the teapot of your choice.Step 2 Wait until the water drops temperature and then pour the water into the different tea cups. Throw away the excess water.Step 3 Add the heaped teaspoons of green tea leaves, based on the amount of tea cups that you have with hot water, and then pour the water back from the tea cups that you filled. Step 4 Leave the tea to linger for 2 minutes or so before you start enjoying it.So there you have it.
Of all the many types of Green tea available, for a truly exceptional cup of natural green tea, the tea of choice should be Tava Tea. it is made from a combination of Oolong, Sencha and Puerh and that is what makes it the best green tea.
